Overview:
This document outlines the steps to update the shipping details of an order in Xvantage.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Select the products for which you want to check the shipping cost and add them to your cart as per usual.
Once done, proceed to Checkout.
To the right side of the screen, you will see the Shippable total section. There you will find a breakdown of all the charges including those for Shipping.
NB! If there is no information available on Xvantage about the shipping charges, contact your Sales Representative to provide the information.
