This document explains how to check compensation and benefits details on the Ingram Micro Website.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
On the Home page, scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the Company Information menu.
Click Working at Ingram Micro.
At the top of the page, click the Working Here drop-down menu.
Select Benefits.
On the Benefits page, scroll down to the Global Compensation and Benefits Overview section.
Review the information provided.
