How to Check the ETA for an Order in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article explains how to check the ETA of an order placed on Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click My Business

3. Select Orders.

4. Search for the order using the search bar or the available filters.

5. Click the IM Order # for the order you want to view.

   

6. The Order Details page will open. Click the view more details hyperlink to show more. The order's ETA is displayed next to the Status field.
