Overview:
This document illustrates the steps on how to check the vendor warranties for the products in Xvantage.
Note: Warranty information is maintained by the manufacturer and may vary by product, region, or warranty agreement.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu, and click on Products.
Browse through product categories such as Accessories, Cloud, Networking, etc.
Use the search bar at the top to look for a specific product using keywords.
To narrow down the product results, use the Sort or Filter functions located at the right side of the dashboard.

Warranty & Additional Information
Click on the Warranty & Additional Information menu link or scroll down to Warranty information.
Click on the Warranty Information link:
A new page will be displayed containing all company names listed alphabetically. Look for the company and your desired product. More detailed Warranty information can be found here.
Tip: Use the product search feature to quickly locate a specific SKU, manufacturer part number, or product description before accessing warranty information.
