How to Checkout Subscriptions in Xvantage™

Overview:

This document outlines the step-by-step process to complete the subscription checkout process in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. In the drop down menu, choose Subscription ID and type in the subscription vendor name or number.

3. Navigate to the Subscriptions tab to view all available subscription plans.

   

4. Select the subscription to purchase. Specify the required quantity and click the Add to Cart button located at the top menu bar.

   

5. Add End Customer as this is mandatory when ordering a subscription. Review the selected items to ensure they meet the intended requirements.

   

6. When ready to proceed, click the Checkout button.

7. Review the reseller options and provide any additional customer-specific inputs as needed. Click Save and Continue.

8. Enter the Reseller PO number and Customer PO.

9. Review the complete order summary to confirm the subscription plan and associated charges.

10. Click the Place Order button to complete the transaction.
