This article explains how to connect with Cisco Services and submit collaboration-related inquiries through Xvantage™.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu, select Vendors.
Select Cisco from the vendor list.
The Cisco vendor page opens.
Under Cisco Technology Pillars, click Explore in the Collaboration section.
The Unlock Cisco Service Excellence with Ingram Micro page opens, providing information about Cisco Services and the support available to help partners enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select CONTACT OUR CISCO SERVICES TEAM.
A new email window opens with the Cisco Services team prepopulated in the To field.
Use the email to submit questions about Cisco Collaboration solutions and services.
