Overview:
This article explains how to configure personalized branding preferences for quotes in Xvantage™. Branding settings such as your company logo, company name, opening and closing messages, and quote terms and conditions are automatically applied to emailed and PDF quotes, helping ensure a consistent and professional customer experience.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu select My Business, then click Quotes.
Click the ellipsis icon, then select Customization.
On the Customization page click Edit.
Enter the following branding information:
Company Logo
Upload your company logo by dragging and dropping a file or browsing for a file.
Supported formats: PNG, JPG, or JPEG
Recommended dimensions: 250 px minimum, 400 px maximum
Maximum file size: 200 KB
Company Name
Opening Message
Closing Message
Quote Terms and Conditions
Click Apply Changes to save your updates.
To discard your changes, click Cancel, then click Confirm.
A confirmation message appears indicating that the branding preferences were successfully updated.
