How to Contact a Microsoft Sales Representative in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article explains how to find and contact your Microsoft Sales Representative in Xvantage™ for Microsoft-related inquiries, including Microsoft 365, licensing, solutions, and sales support.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the left navigation menu, select Vendors.

3. Select Microsoft ESD.

4. On the Microsoft vendor home page, click the Contact tab.

5. Review your Microsoft representative's contact information, including:

   • Name

   • Job Title

   • Phone Number

6. To contact your Microsoft representative directly, click Talk to Me.

7. Your default email application opens with the representative's email address pre-populated.

8. Enter your message and click Send.
