Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and click on Help and Support.
Scroll down to the How can we assist you? section and navigate to Get the help you need.
Alternatively, you may directly click and head to Contact Us from the left navigation menu.
Depending on your query, navigate to the team that you need to get in touch with, such as:
Pre- Sales & Sales Support
Finance & Billing
General Contact Information
Click Contact Us under each section.
