Overview:
The Contact us page enables you to connect with the appropriate point of contact based on your issue.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and click on Help and Support.
Scroll down to the Get the help you need section and click Contact Us.
Alternatively, you may directly choose Contact Us from the left navigation menu.
Go to the relevant department that you need to contact based on your inquiry, such as:
Pre-sale and Sale
Post Sales
Under each category, simply click on Contact Us.
