How to Contact a Specialist about a Business Opportunity in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article will guide you on how to contact a Specialist about a specific Business Opportunity in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and select My Business.

3. Click Business Opportunities.

4. Use the search bar to find the specific opportunity you are interested in under Grow Sales or Get Rewards.

5. Once you locate the opportunity, click View Details.

6. The Opportunity Details page is displayed.

7. Click Contact Specialist on the right side of the page.

8. A pop-up window is displayed with the following information:

   • Account Information

   • A message field where you can enter your questions or message for the Specialist, with a maximum of 500 characters.

9. Click Submit.

10. A Specialist will review your request and reach out to you soon.
