How to Contact Billing Support in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article explains how to contact the Financial Solutions (Billing Support) team through Xvantage using the available contact options.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the left navigation menu, click Contact us.

3. On the Contact Us page, locate the Others section.

4. Click Contact Us under Others section.

5. In the Financial Solutions section, choose one of the available support options:

   • Click the hyperlinked email address to contact the team by email.

   • Call the listed phone number for immediate assistance.

   • Schedule a meeting using the Bookings link.

6. If you selected the email option, your default email application opens automatically with the recipient address prepopulated.

7. Enter the details of your billing inquiry and send the email.
