This article provides information on how to reach Customer Service in Xvantage.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and click on Contact us.
In the Partner Help section click Contact Us under Existing partners.
On the screen that appears, you will find a contact number and an email address for Customer Service under Returns and Claims section.
Click on the email address to open your default email client, then write your message and send it.
