How to Contact Dell Team in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article explains how to locate and contact a Dell representative through Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the left navigation menu, select Vendors, then select Dell.

3. On the Dell home page, scroll to the Meet Our Team section.

4. Click View Resource Guide.

5. A PDF containing contact information for the Dell ISG and Dell Client teams opens in a new browser tab.

6. Locate the appropriate contact and select the linked name.

7. A new Outlook email window opens with the recipient's email address prepopulated.

8. Enter your message and select Send.
