How to Contact Dell Team in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article explains how to locate and contact a Dell Technologies representative through Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the left navigation menu, select Vendors, then choose Dell Technologies from the vendors list.

3. On the Dell Technologies page, scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Contact Us section.

4. Review the contact information provided and select the displayed email address.

5. An Outlook email window opens with the recipient's email address automatically populated in the To field.

6. Enter your message and select Send.
