How to Contact Dell Team in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article explains how to find and contact a Dell Technologies representative through Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the left navigation menu, select Vendors, then select Dell Technologies.

3. On the Dell Technologies page, select the Contact Us tab.

4. Review the list of available Dell representatives and their details, including:

   • Name

   • Job title

5. Select the appropriate representative and click Email.

6. An Outlook email window opens with the recipient's email address automatically populated in the To field.

7. Enter your message and select Send.
