How to Contact Dell Team in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article explains how to find and contact a Dell Technologies representative through Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the left navigation menu, select Vendors, then choose Dell Technologies.

3. On the Dell Technologies page, scroll to the bottom of the page.

4. Review the list of available Dell representatives, including their name and job title.

5. Select the appropriate representative and click Contact.

6. An Outlook email window opens with the recipient's email address automatically populated in the To field.

7. Enter your message and select Send.
