How to Contact Sales to Request Vendor-Supported Pricing in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article explains how to contact Sales through Xvantage to request vendor-supported (deal) pricing.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the left navigation menu, click Contact Us.

3. On the Contact Us page, click Contact Us under one of the following sections:

   • Presales and Sales

   • Manufacturer Management

4. Click the hyperlinked email address.

5. Your default email application opens.

6. Create an email and clearly state that you are requesting vendor-supported pricing (deal pricing).

7. Include the following information, if available:

   • Product or solution name

   • Vendor name

   • Customer or opportunity details

   • Expected deal size or volume

   • Applicable vendor programs

   • Required response date or quote deadline

8. Click Send to submit your request.

Important: Providing complete deal information helps the Sales team review and process your request more efficiently.
