Overview:
This document includes steps on how to get in touch with Canon through the Xvantage platform.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and click on Vendors.
Select Canon from the Featured Vendors list.
On the Canon home page, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Click the email address given under the Contact Us section.
Your default email application will launch, with a recipient address in the To field auto-populated.
