Overview:
This article explains how to contact the Ingram Micro Adobe team through the Xvantage™ platform.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu, select Vendors.
From the vendor list, select Adobe.
On the Adobe home page, locate the New to selling Adobe solutions? section.
Click Start the conversation.
A new Outlook email message opens with the recipient address pre-populated.
Enter your message and select Send.
Alternative Method
On the Adobe home page, scroll to the bottom of the page.
Locate the We're here to help you grow and succeed. section.
Complete the contact form.
Click Submit.
