Overview:
This article provides step-by-step procedure how to create a net new Adobe VIP Marketplace quote in Xvantage.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Open the left navigation menu and select My business.
From the My business sub-menu select Quotes.
At the Quotes page click the Start quote button in the top right corner.
Click the Start a quote button at the top of the page. This will open the Start a quote dialogue window.
By default, Standard quote is chosen. Retain the selection and click Continue.
Add quote name and click Continue.
Select +Add line items.
Click Search our catalogue.
Go to CLOUD > Plans.
In Filters, select Adobe Systems Software under Vendors and click Apply.
Click See options for Adobe VIP Marketplace - Only Commercial - Latin America.
Use the search to add the products you want on the new VIP agreement.
Click on the + button to add the product(s) and add the quantity then click blue button Add to quote.
Go to the quote.
Either select an existing customer or create a new one. Make sure the email used for the customer creation is something you will see so you are sent the renewal and seat add notifications. You can change the quantity in the cart as well.
Scroll down and set an expiration date
Scroll back up and select Activate quote.
On Quote confirmation pop up window click Activate only.
Once active you will have a quote number details on the products and pricing and the ability to download as well. You can also look up the quote from the Quote tab in Xvantage.
