Overview:
This article explains how to create a net-new or one-year renewal Adobe VIP Marketplace quote in Xvantage™. After the quote is created and activated, you can view pricing details, download the quote, and access it from the Quotes section in Xvantage™.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu, select My Business → Quotes.
Click the Start a quote button at the top of the page. This will open the Start a quote dialogue window.
You can create one of the following quote types:
Quote Type | Description |

Standard Quote | Creates a quote using products from the Ingram Micro catalog. |
Quote Using Vendor Deal | Creates a quote based on a vendor-approved deal registration or special pricing agreement. |
Select Standard Quote and then select Continue.
Enter a quote name and select Continue.
Select + Add Line Items.
Click Search our catalogue.
Navigate to Subscriptions → Plans.
Under Vendors, select Adobe Systems Software and then select Apply.
Locate Adobe VIP Marketplace - Only Commercial - Asia and select See Options.
Search for the required product(s).
Select the + icon to add the product(s).
Enter the required quantity for each product.
Select Add to Quote.
Click Back to quote.
Select an existing customer or create a new customer.
Important: When creating a customer, use a monitored email address. Adobe renewal reminders and seat addition notifications are sent to this address.
Review and update quantities if necessary.
Scroll down and specify the Expiration Date.
Scroll back to the top of the page and select Activate Quote.
In the confirmation window, select Activate Only.
Once the quote is activated:
A unique quote number is generated.
Product and pricing details become available.
The quote can be downloaded for sharing with the customer.
The quote remains accessible from the Quotes section in Xvantage™.
Notes:
Note: Adobe VIP Marketplace quotes can be created for both new subscriptions and eligible one-year renewal opportunities.
Tip: Verify customer information, product selection, quantities, and the expiration date before activating the quote to avoid creating a revised quote later.
