Overview:
This article provides step-by-step procedure how to create a net new Adobe VIP Marketplace quote in Xvantage.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Search for adobe and hit enter. Then select Subscriptions.
Select the option Adobe VIP Marketplace - Only Commercial - North America and click See options.
Use the search to find products for the new VIP agreement, add quantities, then click the blue Add to cart button.
Go to the cart.
Either select an existing customer or create a new one. Make sure the email used for the customer creation is something you will see so you are sent the renewal and seat add notifications. You can change the QTY in the cart as well. Once the customer is added you can select convert to quote in the top right corner.
Scroll down and set an expiration date
Scroll back up and select activate quote.
Once active you will have a quote number details on the products and pricing and the ability to download as well. You can also look up the quote from the Quote tab in Xvantage.
