Overview:
This article explains how to create a net-new or one-year renewal Adobe VIP Marketplace quote in Xvantage™. After the quote is created and activated, you can view pricing details, download the quote, and access it from the Quotes section in Xvantage™.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Search for Adobe and press Enter.
Select Subscriptions from the search results.
Locate Adobe VIP Marketplace - Only Commercial - ANZ and select See Options.
Search for the required products, specify the desired quantities, and select Add to Cart.
Open the Shopping Cart.
Select an existing customer or create a new customer profile.
Note: Use a monitored email address when creating a customer account. This email address receives Adobe renewal reminders and seat addition notifications.
Review and update product quantities if necessary.
After the customer has been added, select Convert to Quote in the upper-right corner of the page.
Scroll down and specify the quote expiration date.
Scroll back to the top of the page and select Activate.
When prompted, select Activate Only to confirm.
Once the quote becomes active, a quote number is generated and the quote details become available, including:
Product information
Pricing details
Download options
To view the quote later, navigate to the Quotes section in Xvantage™.

Note: Adobe VIP Marketplace quotes can be created for both new agreements and eligible one-year renewal opportunities.
Tip: Verify product quantities, customer information, and quote expiration dates before activating the quote to avoid unnecessary revisions.
