Overview:
AWS Master Payer Accounts can be used for a single tenant environment or a multi-tenant environment. Features like SSO, Control Tower and Service Control Policies can be enabled under this model for a Reseller and/or an end customer to use. Resellers have the autonomy to create new accounts since Resellers will have access to the Management Account. Resellers are responsible for End User Reporting (EUR) monthly, which is a vital step in making sure the correct discounts are applied.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Type in AWS Master Payer Account in the search bar. Make sure to choose the Subscriptions tab (as shown below).
Click the blue cart icon to add the item to your cart.

4. Once added to your cart, navigate to the upper right corner and click the cart icon.
5. Add the end customer to the order.
If the customer needs to be created, please move to step 6.
If the customer record is already on Xvantage, move to step 7.

6. If the end customer needs to be created, select +End customer in the right corner. Fill out the required fields. Click Save.
End Customer details need to reflect the end customer to get the correct discounts from AWS.
7. If the customer already exists, you can search for them in the search bar.
8. Once the end customer has been selected, click Continue to checkout.
9. Fill out all the fields. The Account type should be New AWS Master Payer Account. Once completed, press Save & Continue.
10. In the Checkout page, you must enter the PO Number, select Payment Method and verify that the Billing Address is correct. Select Place Order.
11. Reseller point of contact will receive an email confirmation with the Sales Order number.
12. Ingram Micro’s AWS Operations Team will email IAM credentials to the email contract listed during the ordering process. Email alias will come from awscloudops@ingrammicro.com. Please note that it will be an encrypted email.
Note:
AWS accounts will automatically appear within CloudCheckr once AWS usage occurs.
The process of creating a Master Payer account can take up to 48 hours.
