Overview:
Create and purchase a 1, 2, or 3-year Proofpoint subscription through Xvantage.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
In Xvantage use the search bar at the top of the page to look for Proofpoint products.
Select the Subscriptions tab.
When you locate your product of interest select See Options to view the catalog.
Choose a subscription period between 1 and 3 years.
Review the available options and note any products marked with Validation Required.
Click Request Pricing.
Search for and select the End customer.
Review the products that have been added to the quote.
Verify that any required support or service SKUs have been automatically included.
Add any additional eligible products if required.
Review the yearly subscription pricing information.
Click Submit.
A quote will be created a status of Pending Approval.
Wait for Proofpoint Approval and Credit Approval before proceeding to checkout.
