How to Create a Quote directly from an Opportunity in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article outlines the procedure for generating a quote from the Opportunity page within Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click on Opportunities.

3. The Opportunities page will display all cross-sell opportunities, end-user leads, etc.

4. To see complete information about an opportunity, click on the View Details button located on the right side of the page.

5. Scroll down to the Opportunity leads section.

6. Then, select Start Quote.

7. You will be directed to the Quotes creation page where you can:

   • Add line items to your quote

   • Select an end customer

   • Select Quote Expiration

8. Once done, click on Save & Exit.

9. Your generated quote should appear in the opportunity page, under the Opportunity leads section.
