How to Create a Report Template in Xvantage for End Customers Storefront

Overview:

This article explains how to create a report template in your Xvantage for End Customers (X4EC) Storefront.

Process:

1. Log in to your Xvantage for End Customers Storefront.

2. In the left navigation menu, choose Reports.

3. In the Reports page, press the Create report template button at the top right.

4. Select the dataset you want to use for your report template (you can choose between Orders, Subscriptions and Usage report datasets), then customize the rest of the report criteria.

5. Once you are finished, you can either simply save your report template and exit or choose to execute it via the respective buttons at the bottom right of the page.
