How to Create Last Day Shipment Report Template in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article explains how to create and schedule an Last Day Shipment Report template in Xvantage. You can customize the report details, select the preferred export format, define the report schedule, and configure email recipients for automated delivery.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click My Business.

3. Select Orders.

4. The order list will be displayed.

5. Click Reports, then select Customize Reports.

6. On the right side of the page, click Create Report Template.

7. Select Last Day Shipment Report.

8. Click Next.

9. In the Customize Report section, select the data columns you want to include in the report based on your reporting requirements.

   • The three dropdown options on the left enable the addition of additional columns in the report. The columns that are greyed out are mandatory and cannot be unselected.

7. Click Run Report.

8. In the pop-up window, configure the report settings as follows:

   • Report Name: Enter a unique name for the report.

   • Export File Type: Select CSV or Excel as the preferred format.

   • Report Description: Optionally, enter a brief description of the report.

   • Schedule Report: Toggle this option to the right to enable automated report delivery, then configure the frequency:

     • Monthly: Select the date on which the report should be generated.

     • Weekly: Select the days of the week and the end date for the schedule, as applicable.

     • Daily: Set the report to run daily.

   • Email Recipients: Select Email Yourself or enter the email addresses of the intended recipients in the recipient field.

10. Click Run Report to generate the report and apply the configured settings.

11. A notification will confirm that the changes have been saved successfully.

12. To save your customized report settings for future use, click Save as Template.

13. In the pop-up window, provide the following details:

    • Template Name: Enter a unique name of up to 100 characters.

    • Report Description: Optionally, enter a brief description of up to 250 characters.

10. Click Save as Template.

11. A notification will confirm that the template has been saved successfully.
