How to Create Quote via MCP in Integrations Hub in Xvantage™

Overview:

Customers can now create quotes directly from their own AI tools and conversational agents through the MCP Server available in the Integrations Hub, enabling touchless quote creation without switching to Xvantage manually.

Create quotes from AI tools via MCP: Customers using MCP through Integrations Hub can search products, add validated line items, and generate quotes directly within their AI assistants or workflows, eliminating manual quoting steps.
Built-in product, pricing, and availability validation: MCP automatically validates products, pricing, and availability before creating a quote, ensuring compliant and accurate results without manual checks.
Quote visibility and follow-up actions: Customers can search existing quotes and retrieve quote details within the same AI-driven workflow to continue the purchasing process seamlessly.

This update enables faster, conversational, and touchless quote creation directly from customer AI environments, helping move from product discovery to quoting in minutes while keeping MCP safeguards and validation in place.

Process:

Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu, click Integrations Hub.
From the list of applications install the MCP application.
