Overview:
This document includes steps on how to decrease the quantity of Adobe’s Subscription for renewal on Xvantage™.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu, select My Business → Subscriptions.
Locate and open the customer's subscription.
Click Change in the upper-right corner of the subscription details page.
Click the Edit icon and choose On subscription auto-renewal day.
Click Apply.
Scroll to the subscription item you want to renew and reduce the quantity as needed.
Note: You can either increase or decrease the quantity in a single request, but not both at the same time.
After updating the quantity, scroll down and select Next.
Review the information and select Next again.
Select Place Order to submit the scheduled renewal change.
After the order is submitted, you are redirected to the Order page. You can also view the order from the History tab under Subscriptions.
Select View to check the processing status of the scheduled renewal order.
The order details page displays the scheduled renewal changes and associated costs.
Important: Once the scheduled renewal order is processed, the subscription can no longer be modified through that order. If you need to make changes before processing is complete, open the order details page and select Cancel to cancel the scheduled order.
