How to Disable Auto-Renewal for Cisco Subscriptions in Xvantage™

Overview:

This guide explains how to disable auto-renewal for Cisco subscriptions in Xvantage.

Important: Auto-renewal cannot be disabled within 30 days of the subscription expiration date. Within 30 Days of Expiration Disable auto-renew appears grayed out. A message explains that the action is unavailable and no changes can be made. Cisco policy prevents changes to auto-renewal within 30 days of the subscription end date.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over to the left navigation menu and click My Business, then select Subscriptions.

3. On the Subscriptions management page, type your Cisco Subscription ID in the search bar to find it.

4. Locate it in the list below and click the blue number (hyperlink) to open it.

5. Locate the blue Change button at the top right of the page and click it.

6. Select Disable auto-renew from the drop-down menu.

   Notes: Updates apply in real time across systems. The process is the same regardless of subscription type.
