How to Discover the Perfect Products in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article provides the details to find the perfect products using Search functionality under Services in Xvantage™.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Go to the left menu options, select Services > Product Explorer.

3. Click Explore Now in the blue color product banner displaying Discover the Perfect Products for You.

4. There is also an alternative method to Search for a product. Use the Search bar in the website navigation. Search using keyword(s), VPN (Vendor Product Number), IM SKU (Ingram Micro Stock Keeping Unit) or also by brand and model name.

5. Enter the product name you are looking for using any of the search methods mentioned above and click on the Search icon (Lens image) in the search bar.

6. You will reach a new page displaying more than 10,000+ products under the products tab.

7. You can also customize your search results using Sort option by the options mentioned below:

   • Relevance

   • Vendor Name A to Z

   • Vendor Name Z to A

   • VPN A to Z

   • VPN Z to A

8. You can also Compare products displayed and apply Filtering option to the search results. Filtered options are further narrowed down into:

   • Category

   • Sub Category

   • Product type

   • Vendors

   • Tech Specs

   • Price

Single selection: Click a search parameter to instantly update the results.

Multiple selection: Click one or more search parameters, click Go to refine the results.

Note: Once you select a category, additional sub-categories become available based on the initial selection.
