Overview:
This article explains how to download a Backorder Report in Xvantage™.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
In the left navigation menu, select My Business.
Click Backorder Report.
Click Download List on the right side of the page.
The Backorder Report is downloaded to your device as an Excel file.
Note: The Backorder Report includes orders that contain backordered items. Report data is updated once daily and reflects information available after the overnight refresh.
