Overview:
This article will help you generate and download an Open/Closed Azure Report (AUR) in Microsoft Analytics Management (MSAM) in Xvantage.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and click My Business, then click on Cloud services.
Select Microsoft Analytics and Management (MSAM).
When choosing the MSAM tool, the Azure Usage Report (AUR) can be downloaded without granting access.
Full access can be granted by selecting Grant Consent and completing the steps prompted in the tool. Only a “Global Administrator” in your domain can grant access to the customer’s tenants.
Note: If consent has already been given, this step will not appear.
To generate and download an Open AUR within MSAM, click the caret next to Export Azure Usage Report. In the dropdown, select Azure Open Billing Report.
You will need to select the currency, then click Export.
To generate and download a Closed AUR within MSAM, click the caret next to Export Azure Usage Report, click the caret and choose Select Export Report.
Select the month/s for the closed report by checking the boxes, then select Export.
For both Open and Closed, make sure that once the CSV file is downloaded, you select Convert before opening it.
