Overview:
This article provides the steps on how to download the discovery form in the Integration Services in Xvantage.
Note:
This form is required for all Integration Services opportunities to ensure Integration Services receives standardized information on scope of work requirements. Run rate projects do not require this form for each purchase order.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu, click Services, then Professional Services.
Select Integration Services.
The Integration Services page will be displayed.
Scroll down to the Discovery Form section.
Click Download Form.
The form will automatically be downloaded and will be saved in your files.
