How to Enroll or Re-Enroll in a 3-Year Commit for an Existing VIP Marketplace Subscription in Xvantage™

Overview:

Follow the steps below to enroll or re-enroll an existing VIP MP subscription in a 3-year commitment.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Choose the VIP MP subscription you want to enroll.

   *Note: The subscription must have a quantity (QTY) of 10 or more to qualify.

3. Click Change at the top right of the subscription details page.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click Next without adding new items or making changes. This can be done whether you are adding to the existing subscription or not.

5. Click Next again. This screen does not require any information to be filled out.

6. Check the 3-Year box. Click Next.

7. Set the Commitment Quantity        

   • For Level 12, enter 10.

   • For Level 13, enter 50.

   • For Level 14 (Enterprise only), enter 100.

   • Important: Do not commit to more than the required quantity for your pricing level.

8. In the consumable space, enter a single space (leave it blank with a space). Click Next.

9. Scroll down and click Place Order. The order will move to a Pending state.

10. The Admin from the customer’s Adobe Console must log in and agree to the Terms and Conditions for the 3-year commitment from the Account tab.

    • Important Deadlines:

    • This action must be completed within 7 days, or the order will fail.

    • If done before renewal, it must be completed at least 4 days before the billing date.
