How to Explore Our Teams in Xvantage™

Overview:

This document provides the steps to explore the different teams within Ingram Micro through the Xvantage platform.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Scroll down to the Company Information section.

3. Select Working at Ingram Micro.

4. The Ingram Micro Careers page will open in a new browser tab.

5. Locate the five tabs at the top of the page:

   • Jobs

   • Who We Are

   • Working Here

   • Teams

   • Locations

6. Select Teams to view the different teams within Ingram Micro.

7. Explore the following teams:

   • Business Operations

   • IT and Engineering

   • Marketing

   • Sales

   • Corporate Functions

   • Warehouse Operations

8. Select a team to learn more about its roles, responsibilities, and areas of focus.
