Overview:
This article explains how to locate and view license documents or subscription confirmations for an order in Xvantage.
Process:
From the Xvantage homepage, navigate to My Business and select Orders.
Use the search filter dropdown to locate your order using any available search criteria, such as:
Reseller PO
IM Order
End Customer
Ingram PO #
Select the appropriate Reseller PO # to open the order details page.
On the order details page, look for either a License Documents or Subscriptions link.
Note: Depending on the product purchased, the confirmation may appear under License Documents or Subscriptions.
