Overview:
Approved Fortinet FTQs are seamlessly integrated into the Xvantage platform. This automation allows users to generate, view, and convert quotes into orders within minutes.
Subtopic 1: Find Fortinet approved quotes in Xvantage
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
On the left pane, click My business and click Quotes.
Click the drop-down menu under All quotes field and select Vendor name.
In the search box, type Fortinet to view all the quote results for Fortinet.
Locate the desired quote and click on it.
Subtopic 2: Place an order in Xvantage
Process:
Review the desired quote with applied discounts.
From the Quote Information tab, the user may download, email or print the quote.
Click Checkout.
Click the End customer information tab to verify the end user details.
Click Update End User Info to update the details and click CONTINUE. The checkout page appears.
Complete all applicable Vendor requested information fields, then click Save & Continue to proceed.
Provide all the mandatory order details and click PLACE ORDER.
