Overview:
This document outlines the steps to find the packing slip for my Order in Xvantage.
Note:
Ingram Micro only retains packing slips for 90 days. Once this period has passed, you will not be able to access the packing slip for your order.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left side menu options, select My business and then choose Orders.
Now, you can view the Order List.
You can select Filter from the right side of the screen, use the desired option from the Order Status section. For instance, select Shipped from the Order Status section and select Apply.
The Orders that were shipped successfully will only be listed in the Order List.
Click on the eye icon next to the ETA column for any order.
In the Order Summary pop-up window, select View details.
On the right side of the screen, select Download.
In the Download pop-up window, the packing slip details are displayed. Select the Download button to download a copy of the packing slip to your system.
