Overview:
This document explains the step-by-step guide for finding the tracking number of products in Xvantage. You need that number if you want to pick up the products from an Ingram Micro warehouse.
Note:
Your tracking number must start with: 810XXXXXXX
Without this number, you will NOT be able to pick up your products at the warehouse.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over to the left navigation menu and click My business, then select My Orders.
On the Orders detail page locate the order you want to track and click on the eye icon on the last column.
A pop-up dialog will show up on the right side displaying the Order summary.
Click on the Track Shipment (hyperlink).
A pop-up dialog will show the details of the shipment. You can locate the tracking number in the final column labeled Tracking #, which begins with 810XXXXXXX. This is the number you need to provide to pick up your order at the warehouse.
