Overview:
This article explains how to find approved Nutanix quotes in Xvantage™, review quote details and pricing, update order information, and complete the order submission process.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu, select My Business, then click Quotes.
In the search filter drop-down menu, select Vendor Name.
Enter Nutanix in the search field to display all available Nutanix quotes.
Locate the desired quote and click the quote to open its details.
Review the quote, including any applied discounts. From this page, you can also download, email, or print the quote if needed.
Select Checkout.
Verify that product quantities and pricing are correct.
Update the required information in the End Customer Information section.
Click Continue.
Enter the required PO Number and End Customer PO Number.
For shippable products, select a payment method from the available options.
Review the order details and click Place Order to submit the order.
