Overview:
Refer to this knowledge base article if you require help with the Renewals in Xvantage.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and click on My Business. Then, select Renewals.
If you need assistance with Renewals, you may click on the Contact Renewals Team button.
Once you click, your default email application will launch with the Renewals Team's contact email address pre-filled.
Compose your help email and send.
