How to Contact the Subscription and Renewals Team About Recurring Revenue in in Xvantage™

This article explains how to submit a contact form to get in touch with the Subscription and Renewals Team and help you maximize your annual recurring revenue opportunities in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click Services.

3. Hover over Sales & Technical Support.

4. Select Recurring Revenue.

5. The Recurring Revenue page will be displayed.

6. Scroll down to the Let’s Talk Revenue section.

7. Complete the required fields:

   • First Name

   • Last Name

   • Business Phone

   • Email Address

   • Company

   • BCN (if not known, use 0000)

   • Details about your question or concern

8. Select the data privacy statement checkbox to acknowledge the statement.

9. Click Submit.
