Overview:
This article explains how to modify the number of licenses in an Adobe VIP Marketplace subscription and submit a change order in Xvantage™.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
You can increase subscription quantities at any time.
If you need to reduce quantities within 14 days of placing an order or renewal, you must submit a return request.
Quantity decreases after 14 days can only be scheduled for the subscription renewal date.
Auto-renewal must be enabled to schedule quantity changes for the renewal date.
Process:
To modify an Adobe VIP Marketplace subscription:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu, select My Business.
Select Subscriptions. The Subscriptions page opens.
Locate the Adobe subscription you want to modify.
Click the Subscription ID to open the subscription details.
Click Change.
Select Plan or Quantity.
Choose one of the following effective-date options:
Immediately after confirmation (available for quantity increases only)
On the subscription renewal date (allows both increases and decreases to be scheduled)
On a specific calendar date (available for quantity increases only)
Select the desired option and then select Apply.
Update the license quantity as needed and select Next.
Note: Quantity decreases can only be scheduled for the subscription renewal date. Other scheduling options support increases only.
Review the changes and select Next.
Click Place Order.
To monitor the status of the request, go to the Orders page or review the History tab on the subscription details page.
Select View to review the order details and any renewal costs.
Note: If the change order has not been processed, you can select Cancel to remove the scheduled change. Once the scheduled order has been completed, the subscription can no longer be modified through that change request.
