Overview:
This document provides step-by-step instructions on how to install and access the HubSpot integration.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and click Integrations Hub.
In the Category section, select CRM.
A list of available CRM applications will be displayed.
Click HubSpot to view the application details. The following information will be shown:
Purpose of this Integration
Current Integration Features
Details of the application such as but not limited to:
Name of the Developer
Application version
Last updated date of the application
Supported languages and Categories are displayed.
Click Install.
A pop-up window will appear with the following requirements:
I have an active HubSpot CRM account. You need an active HubSpot CRM account to install this app.
I have completed my business system setup . An incomplete business system setup may block integrations activation. - You can click on View guidance to read about business system setup.
You need to check the boxes of the requirements in the Install Integration pop-up window, then select Install to confirm.
Once the installation is complete, a confirmation message will appear in the Integrations Hub. The application will also be added to the Manage Apps section for easy access. You may use filters on the Integrations Hub home screen to view your installed applications.
