How to Invite Customers to Your Storefront in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article will guide users on how to invite customers to your Storefront in Xvantage.

Note: The Xvantage Storefront is currently visible to Admin users only.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the left navigation menu, select Portal for and Customers.

3. In the Customers section, click Invite Customers.

4. Your end-customer list will be displayed.

5. Click Invite to Storefront on the right side of the screen.

6. Select the specific end customers you want to invite, or choose Select All to invite everyone on the list.

7. (Optional) Set your default auto-approval threshold:

   • Orders at or below the threshold are automatically approved.

   • Orders above the threshold will require manual review.

8. Scroll down and enter a personal message (optional).

9. Click Send Email Invitation.
