How to Locate Center/s of Excellence (CoE) in Xvantage™

Overview:

This document outlines the steps to locate Center/s of Excellence or CoE within Xvantage.

Process: 

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. In the left navigation menu click Services and then select Center of Excellence.

3. As the name implies, CoE is Ingram Micro’s hub that enables our partners to learn and adapt to technologies that help them to serve their customers in the best possible manner.  

4. The first thing you can see on the CoE page is the Ingram Micro CoE specialties available to you.

5. If you scroll down, below the CoE specialties you'll also be able to find all CoE Services available to you.
