How to Locate Cloud Professional Services in Xvantage™

Overview:

This document outlines the steps to locate Cloud Services in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and select Services.

3. Hover over Professional Services.

4. Select Cloud Services.

5. The Cloud Services page will be displayed, providing additional information and available options.

6. You can perform the following actions:

   • Book a Meeting – Click Book a Meeting. A new tab will open Microsoft Bookings, where you can select your preferred date and time, enter the required details, and click Book.

   • Submit a Contact Form – Complete the required fields in the contact form and click Submit. An Ingram Micro representative will review your inquiry and contact you.

   • Email Expert – Click Email Expert. Your default mail application will open, allowing you to compose and send an email with your questions or inquiries.
